God’s Word to Man
The Bible is the greatest book ever written. In fact, it’s the only book that reveals to man the very will of God, because it is, in fact, God’s very Word. Because of this, the Bible is worthy of our careful attention and regular study.
Made up of 66 books, comprised of 1,189 chapters (almost 31,100 verses in all), if one reads just a little over three chapters a day (or eighty-six verses), the whole Bible can be read in just one year.
Some choose to read at a slower pace, while others focus on different sections throughout the year. Whatever you do, take up and read because within this book are the very words of life!
